Inspiring Individuals Through Education
The escalating costs of college can often lead a parent or youth to wonder if an investment in higher education still makes sense. At A Mind To Work Community Development Corporation, we agree that “an investment in knowledge pays the best interest – Benjamin Franklin.”
We believe that lives can be transformed through the continued pursuit of academic achievement. For this reason, we are committed to providing financial support to young people who are seeking to further their education by attending universities, colleges, seminaries, vocational and technical schools across the country.
A Mind to Work Community Development Corporation offers scholarships funded by proceeds from the annual Dr. T. R. Williams, Sr. Golf Classic, members of New Faith Church, and generous donors and partners in our community who are equally dedicated to encouraging our youth to excel in their education. The generosity of our community allows us to continue inspiring individuals, empowering families and transforming communities……one mind at a time.
